Challenge 72 Crescent Moon

How fun was this....  This week's Diva Challenge was Crescent Moon pattern. Crescent Moon is a favorite of many of us Tanglers and it is amazing how many different designs I can think of for this great pattern.  I enjoy doing mono patterns because you really learn the many ways you can change and add to it.  I decided to try another tile in color.  Using prism color pencils, my goal was to achieve a coppery looking color.  It is okay, may want to try water colors next time.  Let me know what you think.

Challenge 71 Pea-Nuckle

The challenge this week was a pattern created by Molly Hollibaugh, Maria's Daughter. This is a great a great pattern, I really like it and had fun getting familiar with this tangle.  As I practiced the Pea-Nuckle, I placed other patterns next to it to see what I liked, there were many.  This Pea-Nuckle had up me up pretty late last night before I settled on the tile I am posting.  Hope you like it.

Challenge 70 Colour Me Sepia

In honor of Laura's birthday....      Happy Birthday Laura!    We are challenged with using sepia or brown in our Zentangle design.  I have had a busy week and was not sure there would be time to complete my challenge.  I have been wanting to do another Zendala and decided to take Laura's challenge to the round tile.  The sepia really adds some pop to the design. I find the Zendala's more challenging than the square tiles and they take longer to complete. More time to zen!!  Hope you like my creation.

Challenge 68 Duo Tangle

This week's challenge was to create a Duo Tangle using only the tangles Hybrid and Strircles.  As much as I like these two tangles, I have to admit to playing with these quite a bid until I came up with a design that was somewhat doable for the challenge.  I found it difficult to design how I wanted to put these two tangles together and have it look harmonious.  It looks to me that I was able to achieve this.

Challenge 67 Amanda Day

Laura challenged us for Earth Day.  Her Son, Chewie, wanted to change the name of the Earth to
Amanda.  Okay, I like that name, great name Chewie.  I just love this one.

Challenge 66 Auras

This week Laura's challenge was to put aura's on your tangles.  This was so much fun, I love adding aura's to everything.  The aura's make whatever you draw so neat looking and different.  Thanks Laura, I loved making this.

Challenge 65 Huggy Bear

Laura's Challenge selected JJ LaBarbera tangle design.  I am a little late posting, not that I didn't try, did not know how to get the photo from my IPAD to my blog.  This was a fun challenge and enjoyed
making this tile.

Vacation Zentangles

I am back from vacation, wow, it was wonderful.  The greatest part was having my husband with me for a full month.  No work, no phones calls, no nothing but relaxation, golf, reading and zentangles.
I didn't know how to load my photo's from my IPAD to my blog and had to wait to return home to upload from my PC.  So here are a few of the zentangles I did in April and a couple of Laura's Weekly Challenge.
