Diva Dance for Square One

My contribution to the Square One challenge this week called,  "Diva Dance".  A favorite Zentangle pattern designed by Maria Thomas.

Talavera Tile

This is my Talavera Tile I designed for the Tangle U 2015 exchange.   Unfortunately, the colors are not true to what is on the tile.  Where it looks brown and tan the colors are actually different shades of Orange.  Tangle U 2015 will be in Santa Fe, New Mexico this year.  I am really looking forward to the event.  I will be posting pictures and showing projects on my blog about the event.

Well, Well, Well

The Square One Challenge is to draw the tangle "Well".  Here it is and I am very pleased at how it turned out.  The other tangle in the background is called Fife.  The combination looks good together.
Well looks like it is woven, which is why I drew it this way.

After adding some hi-liting, see the difference in how the hi-liting makes the design pop.
There is some shading on the design done with a graphite pencil.

Playing with Phroz by Lynn Mead, CZT. Added some Sand Swirl and dew a square border using brown and black micron pigma pen.  Phroz was penned with red and black ink.

Square One Rixty

RXTY is the tangle for Square One this week.  I put in some orbs for some interest in the background.
