Alcohol Ink Floral

This is an alcohol ink floral.  Painting with canned air is quite different than painting with a paint brush.  However, I am having fun with this, no telling how long it will take me to get this medium under control. It is keeping me from my other art projects, learning is time consuming.

I am studying alcohol ink painting.  I never know how the painting will actually turn out, this started as a landscape now it looks like a seascape, maybe an island in the middle.

Designed by Chris Haughey.  It is called Old Glory Plaque and I painted it with acrylic paints, crackle and stain.  Completed just in time for the Memorial Day weekend.
